The Cheesecake factory needed a solution to drive more candidates to apply for career opportunities. We worked with r&r advertising to produce a custom career marketing site that ties directly into their internal job applicant tracking system. It has it's own web-based administration system to update jobs and for recruiters to request new jobs in markets all across the United States. These requests auto post to job search engines like Indeed, Simply Hired, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
